Australia | Cacatoes in Kakadu National Park
If you do not visit North Australia for the wide open spaces, visit it for the wild-life. We cycled from Darwin to the Kakadu National Park. A great place to see salt water crocodiles and of course al sorts of cacatoes. In this area we suffered from a much smaller animal: the ant. Thousands of these small monsters attacked our food-supplies. Even sealed and taped packages of noodles were discovered and eaten. While camping we put fresh bread on top of a cup which stood in a water filled plate.
