Our tent – Cycling Around The World

We are using a Vaude Mark L 3P. A lightweight (3 kg) 3-season tent for trekkers and backpackers. Very fast (in < 5 minutes!) and easy to pitch, even in rain, thanks to the time-tested Mark wrap-construction and pre-attached inner tent (double pitching). The optimized pole construction creates a almost free-standing structure that doesn’t require stakes to set up and a generous amount of space to move around in. For optimal air circulation you can rely on the slightly curved edges at the floor of the flysheet and the weather-proof scoop vents at the entrance.

We are already using our second Mark L, so we are really positive about this tent. The 3P is a three person tent but for two it just offers that little extra space you need while camping in cold and wet weather.
